Warranty
We're part of the My House Group which is the largest independent home improvement group in the UK. That means you can rest assured that our 10-year warranty is one you can depend on. Unlike some other companies, our warranty covers both parts and the installation for the full period, which means you are covered when it comes to repairing or replacing anything that has unfortunately gone wrong, or has worn out due to age.
The other great thing about our warranty plan is that it’s transferable. We understand that installing solar PV is a long-term investment and that to receive the highest level of financial benefits takes 20 years - but should you decide to sell your home, the new owner can re-register* with us and benefit from the remainder of the guarantee period.
Care Free plan
If you want to extend your warranty so that your system is covered for the full 20 years of the scheme, then you can upgrade on a yearly basis by being part of our fantastic Care Free plan. This incorporates our repair and replacement service agreement as per your standard warranty and reinforces our complete confidence in the long-term performance of our systems.
Our Care Free plan costs as little as 25p day and includes all of these benefits and more:
